April Approaches

March 2022

If you missed RootsTech in March the videos and class notes for more than 1500 presentations are free and available for at least the next 12 months. Log in with you FamilySearch account and make a playlist or save sessions for later viewing on YouTube.

Here's a list of some sessions I found interesting and some I have yet to watch.

Greg Hallam's talk on early Queensland Railways was well attended on the 14th March, if you missed it, his notes and handouts are available at the Heritage Centre.

This coming weekend sees 48 genealogists and historians combine to raise funds for the British Red Cross efforts for Ukraine. Starting at 10 pm Saturday night , through 24 hours speakers have given their time freely for this worthy cause. History For Ukraine
